Tasked at 16:43 to a small fishing vessel north of Coney Flat with one person on board.
Lifeboats quickly responded and once on scene our crew had to carry out a lee shore rescue as the vessel had run aground.
Once checked over for damage the vessel was able to be re-floated and the casualty taken onboard the lifeboat.
A towline was attached an the vessel towed back to Kinnego marina to the awaiting coastguard team.
Boats returned to base and made ready for next tasking
