LNR paged at 18.11 by CGOC Belfast Coastguard. Lifeboats tasked to a 24ft cruiser with 2 persons on board which had lost steering, the vessel was approx 1 mile east of the battery harbour. Lifeboat launched and quickly located the vessel. A tow was commenced and the vessel brought to the Battery harbour where it was moored to the jetty with the assistance of the awaiting shore crew.
Lifeboat returned to base and made ready for the next tasking.
