Lifeboats tasked @ 18:03 by CGOC Belfast to a 27ft fishing vessel with one person onboard and his dog which had lost power and drifting towards the eastern shore. Vessel was located and a tow line was connected. Lifeboat commenced tow to the Carn Quay on the western shore.
Upon arriving at the Carn Quay the vessel was safely moored and the crew handed into the care of the awaiting Lough Neagh Coastguard Rescue Team

Lifeboats returned to base and made ready for tasking.
