At 21.13 HMCG  received a call from a 21 ft vessel, adrift  with no engine power and no anchor. Vessel was adrift West of the Skane Flat ( a notorious danger spot ).  As light was fading Lifeboats quickly responded, located and recovered casualty vessel. She was taken under tow  back to Morrows Point quay. There where two POB,  both where safe and well, accompanied during the tow by an LNR crew member. Lifeboats returned to base 22.40.
