HMCG requested launch to North Lough Neagh to a vessel with 6 POB. Reports were sketchy as they were reportedly stranded on the Toome Bay sand banks, but were in fact picked up by life boat south west of Skaddy Island, a very dangerous area. The cruiser had hit Weisner Rock and sustained a lot of damage to his out drive. The Life boat assessed damage, then towed vessel back to Ballyronan . ( 6 persons rescued)
