Lough Neagh Rescue hosted a training and awareness seminar by Pamela Hughes an Equality Commission Officer. The evening was well attended with 19 crew receiving certification in Equality Awareness. The evening was most useful in that it gave us clear direction in what areas we needed to address in the run up to membership of the new NI Charities Commission. Pamela will arrange further training for the senior team in due course.
