On Saturday, Lough Neagh Rescue had an unusual call out. Santa had been stranded at the North Pole. All of his Reindeer, including Rudolph had come down with a nasty case of the sniffles. Santas call for help was intercepted by HM Coastguard in Bangor. Immediately they tasked Lough Neagh Rescue to the edge of the Polar Ice cap where they picked up Santa and his bag of presents and ferried him, just in time, for his appearance at the Meadows Shopping Centre in Portadown. Santa arrived to a resounding reception by the large crowd of Kids and parents, Christmas had been saved!!
